Slow

with Life whizzing by

a million miles

each minute

and a Planet shriveling

more and more

each second

and a People struggling

to simply Breathe

each instant

and so many challenges

weighing Us down

in woe

it can seem inspired

(even required) to

move fast

buzzing from one thing

to the next

eyes glassed

over by seeing too

many Beloveds distraught

and aghast

putting memories away and

packing them into

the past

believing there is no

time for grieving

or feeling 

but whether we are

reeling in grief

or belief

Love reminds Us Healing

comes as We

go Slow...
