Centeredness and Connectedness

when we are awaiting

the uncertain encounter

with breath bating

and dreading the potential

berating and baiting

it may contain

(whilst spending

so much time

and expending

so much energy

fussing and figuring out

what can and cannot

be spared and shared

then cussing and sniggering

from our seemingly unending

pain and strain

emerging from enduring

so much blaming

and shaming to death)

may the deeper Breath

within our truer Selves

Peacefully reign over all

that might be triggering

to our sensitivities

and frustrating

to our sensibilities 

and help to maintain

not only our senses

of sentient sanity 

and calm civility

but also our Centeredness

and may our Silent Strength

emerging from Authenticity

in powerful Vulnerability

and genuine Integrity

open all parties

to surprising Mutuality

and humble Honesty

catalyzing an arising 

of our innate

and inherent Connectedness

in Breathing and Being

with less debating

and more Relating...

Let It Be.
