Unyielding

when we engage

the Sacred Work

towards Respect

Equality and Justice

for All Beloveds

and the questions

of civic leadership

threaten to undo

this Sacred Work...

'What if they lose?'

'What if they win?'

and we remember

that our answer

to both questions

is the same...

'We keep Working.'
