to draw near

to all those 

trapped in fear

and help those

who cannot

help themselves

(and empower them

to not leave

their own needs

upon the shelves

of shame

disguised as

responsibilities

but freely receive

the gracious Gifts

of sacred Silence

and Loving Kindness

whenever and however

they appear...)

THANKS for those

who tirelessly incarnate

Love that shows

and Grace that flows

and Light that grows

(and all of those

whose Wisdom knows

that strength to scale

the highest heights

emerges from

the courage

to engage

the lowest lows...)

WOW for stunning

radiant Rainbows

in stormy skies

and eagles' wings

on which Hope flies

(and tears of grief

and sorrow that sighs

and turns to laughter

by surprise

and separations

that bring us closer

in Love and Spirit

beyond incarnations

that catch our breath

in anticipations

of the Wondrous Day

full of Glory

and Graces

when we meet

once again

and see our

full faces

without any traces

of mask or disguise

as we look

at each other

straight in

and within

and beneath

and beyond

the eyes...)
