Spark

when our systems

of circulation

and respiration

and Incarnation

are torqued by tensions

(physically and emotionally)

and constricted by conflicts

(in our Bodies and Beings)

and obstructed by blockages

(in personages and beyond)

and flummoxed by fatigue

and the Energy to keep us

flowing and blowing

keeps slowing

and going

away

may

the Spark

that illumines 

the dark ignite the Light

and jumpstart the Heart

and aerate the pathways

of Breath, Wind, Spirit

in our Bodies and Beings

in ways that enable the freeing

of our systems and Selves

to be holistically renewed

to be truly Who we are...
