Preposterousness

for the Preposterousness

of sprouts

rising out

of withered logs

and ferns

sprouting up

through carpets

of clattering rocks

stacked like tottering

towers transformed

into Temples

of Reverence

and Remembrance

and Respect

and Wondrous Waves

rumbling their humble

and honored Wisdom 

drowning out chattering

clamoring misleading mouthpieces

and shocking Streams

of shimmering Sunlight

bursting through blistering

and blustering storms

and wuthering Winds

in our weary

world of tears

and fears

being the Wings

upon which

weathered Hope

surprisingly appears...
