(In honour of my sturdy supporters, the pictured old Asics Gel Kayano 26's, which saw me through over a year's worth of pounding (over about 720 miles) on pavings and trails and beaches up and down the west coast, sustaining my soles and Spirit (and keeping me free from injury...a first!)...may you enjoy your transition from running to walking...and drumming. :)
